Due to the artisan nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds.

We strongly recommend that you read each ingredient list thoroughly before you purchase and start with our Discovery Set if you are new to our collection or have sensitive skin.

We are happy to discuss any questions you may have about ingredients or skin concerns to ensure that you find the right product for your skin.

We will happily exchange your item if it was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item or the product is defective in any way. Please reach out to help@apoge.life with your order number, product(s), and reason for exchange. 

Once an order has been processed it can not be cancelled or changed.
