Apo.Ge wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you would like to return a product please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the product you wish to return. Mail your returned item(s) to 1632 Broadway St. #135, Eureka, CA 95501. Shipping costs for returned items are paid by the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Once the item has been received and inspected you will receive an email notification to inform you of your refund process.
You will be refunded in full to your original method of payment. Your original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
We will happily exchange your item if it was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item or the product is defective in any way. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, product(s), and reason for exchange.
Once an order has been processed it can not be cancelled or changed.
