Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and mailing the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging. We don't accept returns after the 14-day period. Please note that original shipping costs when the order was placed will not be refunded. For any questions please email us at hello@apoge.life with your order number.
Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds on products simply because the buyer did not like them. We strongly recommend that you read each ingredient list thoroughly before you purchase and start with our Discovery Set if you are new to our collection or have sensitive skin.
Note: if you've had an adverse reaction, please email us at hello@apoge.life and we will work through the issue with you. Adverse reactions include severe irritation, damage, or allergic reactions, and require documentation.
We are happy to discuss any questions you may have about ingredients or skin concerns to ensure that you find the right product for your skin!
Exchanges
We will happily exchange your item if it was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item or the product is defective in any way. Please reach out to hello@apoge.life with your order number, product(s), and reason for exchange.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed it can not be cancelled or changed.
